On April 17, 2018, the Lilly Family School of Philanthropy launched the 2018 Global Philanthropy Environment Index with an event in Washington, DC, that included a panel discussion of new findings from the report on the state of incentives and barriers to philanthropy in 79 countries and economies around the world.
