Osili testifies at U.S. Senate subcommittee on role of philanthropy and remittances in foreign aid

U.S. private philanthropy and remittances are an important and growing part of the country’s overall foreign aid to developing countries, Una Osili, Ph.D., director of research at the Indiana University Lilly Family School of Philanthropy, told a Senate subcommittee.
